☑️ SHIPPING
Shipping will take about 14 – 30 days.
- but there might be a delay depends on your local courier's circumstances.

⭐We try to reduce the delivery time by shipping them packages the day or the day after you ordered.  (We know that you are waiting your package you ordered for a long time. However, the overseas delivery needs quite long time.)

Usually, delivery company send the tracking number to us within 3-8 days, but it might be delayed depends on the foreign delivery company's loads of tasks. 
During this period, you can't track your order by online nor you can cancel your order since the package is already is shipped.
Please make sure to check this and order.

⭐We ship packages in poly mailers since its' shipping fee is a lot cheaper than sending a box oversea so please do understand us sending your packages in poly mailers without using a box.
If the package is shipped oversea by a box; tariffs and delivery costs will increase too much.

⭐ The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. 
Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. 
⭐In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea 
and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

☑️ Missing Item

⭐Please track your item if it didn't arrive within a month. 

⭐If the delivery period exceeds one month and tracking the package becomes difficult, neither we nor the delivery company will be responsible.
 
⭐Korea’s shipping system is very clear so when the package is on the shipping list in Korean delivery company, it’s very rare for your items to be missing. 
If the package is still in Korea, we can find it right away for you, but if the package arrived to your country, you have to track it down by your tracking number.

If the customer didn’t get the package from the shipping company, make sure to check the tracking number we’ve sent, 
and after that, customer have to find the package by yourself at your country’s courier company.

If the package delivered to your country, the package is on that country’s shipping system.
We are not responsible for the missing package by your country’s courier.

☑️ RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING FEE

🚨Read the instructions below and purchase carefully.

🚨Since the international shipping fee charges rising rapidly, and tax-related problems are occurring when exchanging or returning items. 
Therefore, please keep in mind that overseas shipments are never exchanged or returned, read the instructions below and purchase carefully.

🚨If you still want to exchange or return make sure to read the following instructions down below very carefully since the exchange & return policy is complicated.

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
If the return/exchange request is made after the specified period from the date of receipt, it will not be accepted. 
Additionally, items returned to us without prior request for return/exchange will not be approved.

1. Applying for exchange or returns, every shipping fee, and additional fee charges to the customer. 

- Please make sure to note on the international shipping fee before you apply for exchange or return. 
- When applying for exchange or return, the shipping fee is very pricey so it usually charges more than $30(USD).
- Even if you already paid first payment of shipping fee when you purchase your item before, every additional charges on the shipping fee will be paid by the customer. 
- Once you've paid every additional shipping fee that charged, the exchange or return will be proceed.

2. Even if it is a designated country for free shipping, customers who want to return must pay all costs, including fee for 'free shipping' .
This means that the shipping fee sent from Korea will be additionally charged to the customer.
-Shipping varies by country and weight, and it costs at least $20 (USD) to $600 (USD).

3. After you've applied for exchange or return, make sure to pay in advence for shipping your items to TETEROT SALON.
We don't accept pay on delivery, and if the customer sent their package applied for exchange or return by pay on delivery, the package won't be accepted.

☑️ For Damages and issues: 
⭐Please check your order information before applying for the damage and issues. 
⭐Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've recived the wrong item
so that we can check the issue and help you out.
- Within a day after package arrived, please contact us by Messages.
- Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.

⭐Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact.

⭐If the tags have been removed, the item will be considered as used, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted. If the item didn't returned in its' original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Exchange / Return:
In both case, buyer have to pay every shipping fee so
instead of applying for exchange, apply for return and buy the new item which is the faster way to get your parcel.

☑️ Refunds
If returning item arrived to TETEROT SALON, we check its' condition first, then the refund will be completed. 
If the item that hasnt' been arrived to Korea, refund won't be processed.

The refund of returned or cancelled order will take 3-5 days. 
Your refund may not be completed until the next billing month according to the billing schedule of your bank and credit card issuer.

🚨 Non-refundable 
If you send your item returned directly to Korea without submitting a return request on the website where you purchased your item, the exchanges, returns, or refunds will not be processed. 
A return request must be submitted on the website so that refund will be processed on the website.

 However, for products purchased a long time ago, since the payment has already been completed, exchanges and returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please do not send products purchased a long time ago back to Korea. 
Any item sent back to Korea by the customer will 
be discarded, and return/refund process will not be possible.
